Lowongan SENIOR ACCOUNTANT di PT Alcotraindo Batam

POSITION INTRODUCTORY:

As Senior Accountant is a mid-level professional who oversees the companys accounting department. They take ownership for every aspect that goes into producing an organization's report, from perform research and analysis, maintain the general ledger, perform account reconciliations, assist with audit preparations, and carry out other accounting duties as may be required.

• Review and validate all journal entry include payment voucher, received voucher, sales & supplier invoice.
• Prepare analysis for all the payments and justification for cashflow.
• Ensure the payment process is based on the schedule.
• Prepare the AP Aging report and cashflow justification report.
• Reviewing GL#, prepare Financial Report, budgeting preparation, giving training for the teams and complete other tasks assigned.
• Ensure the general ledger entries and subledger entries is correctly and align to budget.
• Manage and check monthly balance sheet reconciliation.
• Ensure month end closing month on scheduling and financial reports are prepared and delivered on time.
• Lead and ensure financial team follow company policies, SOP, DOA (Delegation of Authorization) and regulations.
• Manage and report monthly tax document to Tax Consultant.
• Ensure all the expenses related tax are deductible in payment.
• Complete handle the full set of Fixed Asset & Capex
• Ensure the Budget Capex with the actual Capex is align.
• Ensure GL# budget expenses posting with the actual is align.
• Assist Accounting Manager if any audit requirement for preparation documentation and activities.
• Assist to Accounting Manager for other accounting duties.

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Strong in accounting, taxation, and internal control.
• Have good knowledge in Ms. Office and prefer have knowledge in NAV System
• At least 3 Years(s) of working in same position and prefer in manufacturing minimum 1 year.
• Highly responsible, detail oriented, integrity, honest and trustworthy
• Ability to delegate and manage the work of others.
• Have a good command in English.
• Have experience in leading team minimum 1 subordinate.
