Responsibilities :

• Assist in designing and implementing recruitment plans and processes to meet short and long-term staffing needs
• Source qualified candidates, review resumes, and pre-screen candidates while efficiently moving the interview process forward
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from creating job descriptions, screening resumes to finalizing offers
• Interview candidates and provide management with hiring recommendations
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires from creating offer letters, performing reference and background checks to facilitating HR Orientation
• Ensure and control the accuracy of the evaluation of the status of new employees for contract extensions and appointments of permanent employees.
• Making decision letters related to Employee Appointment, Promotion, Transfer, Demotion, and other employment letters.
• Responsible for the management and filling of employee work agreements, employee contract documents, employee contract assessments, employee transfers/promotions etc.
• Responsible for managing employee data in the HR system
• Assist in the training process and activities related to the development of employees' abilities, potential, mental, skills and knowledge in accordance with company standards.

Requirements :

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
• Basic understanding of Human Resource Management and Organization Business Process
• Have knowledge about psychological tools
• Have a good communication skill & interpersonal skill
• Having analysis ability, dynamic, creative, tough and fast learner
