Having experience in related fields

Review and finalize contracts requested by internal user to support all company businesses

Provide support regarding contract negotiation with external party if requested by internal user

Supervise the finalization process of any supporting documents required for corporate contracts

Conduct covenants check in the exsisting company's contracts in relation to any changes in company legalities, loans, business cooperations and transactions

Conduct compliance check in accordance to internal policy, GCG, and prevailing laws and regulations for any legal and corporate actions and/or transactions within the company

Supervise finalization and implementation process of all of the documents required in compliance to internal policy, GCG, and prevailing laws and regulations

Perform legal corporate correspondences

Obtain permits and licenses required for company businesses (Supervise maintenance and updating process of permits and licenses database of sub holding and its affiliated entities)

Organize Annual General Meeting Shareholder(AGMS) and Extraordinary General Meeting Shareholder (EGMS) of sub holding and its affilated entities

Provide or supervise legal advisory service to internal user with regard to company businesses (verbal or in writing)

Provide or finalize written legal opinion requested by internal user (internal or external LO)

Legal research

Supervise updating and documentation process of all company legalities

Supervise the process of all company IPR registration and updating

Supervise finalization and implementation process of power of attorney within the company

Willing to work in Jakarta Selatan
