Job Description

• Build and maintain good business networks and working relationship with customers and potential buyers to enhance sales.
• Responsible to manage and drive sales team to achieve the sales targets.
• To carry out marketing strategy to reach the target.
• Research potential customers; identify and target key decision makers, make direct contact with them and close the deal.
• Create consultative, persuasive sales approaches that are dynamic and appeal to likely customers.
• Identify opportunities for marketing campaigns, partnering and referrals that will increase sales.
• Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of the current market conditions and competitor activity.
• To be sensitive and responsive to the current market situation, related to the sales activity.
• Attend corporate events such as roadshows, conferences, seminars, and exhibitions to promote the product and create sales opportunities.

Job Requirements

• Any Bachelor Degree
• Minimum 5 years experiences in Sales & Marketing Property Businesses (with minimum 3 years experiences in Sales Manager position), especially for Apartment Project.
• Have a good personality, attractive, creative, and innovative
• Have a good network and database in Sales and Marketing Property Business
• Excellent selling and negotiation skills
• Have good interpersonal and leadership skills
• Have effective communication and presentation skills
• Placement: West Jakarta/ Jakarta Barat
