Qualification :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): litigation, corporate legal, drafting
• Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
• Deep knowledge of litigation and permit process in Bali. Job Detail : Manage various legal matters of the company with external parties (clients, company group and governance) so company's interests are well preserved and maximally protected with applicable law Draft various contracts and review agreements related to the company's business
• Ensure all company's activities related to the legality aspect run according to applicable laws and regulations
• Ensure agreement letters, contract letters, and supporting documents, between the company and external parties in accordance with the agreement and in line with applicable laws and company's interests
• Deep knowledge of corporate legal agreement
• Good in communication between team, top level management and directors
