Requirements:

1. Min. S1 Electrical Engineering (Telecommunication), Mechanical Engineering, or IT
2. Minimum 3 years of work experience in the same field.
3. Experienced and understand the concept of network layers 1, 2 and 3.
4. Understand the working concept of active and passive devices
5. Understand the concept of logical and configuration
6. Fluent in English is a must.

Job Descriptions:

1. Identify customer needs and provide technical solutions with the aim of selling products and coordinating with the sales team, network development, network delivery, NOC, business partnerships, inventory and procurement.
2. Plan, Prepare, Design and Develop Topology including Technical Proposals for customer requirements.
3. Monitor, check Activation of new services and service changes with the department of network delivery, network development and NOC.
4. Identify, Deliver solutions to customers if there are technical questions related to products, services and other technical matters.
5. Checking and Monitoring all information related to technical matters listed in the subscription form and or the contract between NAP Info and the customer can be fulfilled by the relevant team.
