- Responsible in preparing monthly accrual journal entries and audit schedules;
- Responsible in processing AP payments;
- Assisting with monthly and yearly financial accounts closing and tax report for audit purpose;
- Assisting with preparation of all tax payments and monthly tax reporting;
- Responsible in monitoring of monthly and annual stock take in respective offices/warehouses.
Requirements:
Remunerations will commensurate with your experiences.
- Minimally Degree (S1) in Finance or related field/partial professional qualification
- Familiar with SAP B1, Taxation, Inventory, Audit Process, MIGAS and LKPM reporting
- Minimum 5 years of working experience handling accounts in fuel trading/related industries
- Possess Tax Brevet A & B certification
- Able to work independently as well as a Team
- Minimally bilingual in both English & Bahasa/Mandarin to communicate with all stakeholders
- Willing to be based in Batam, and able to travel within Indonesia when the needs arises.
