Job Description :

• Handle user inquiries and complaints through chat or email.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
• Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Being the liaison between technical team (developer and implementation) and customers to ensure the project run smoothly.
• Ability to response large amounts of chats and emails using systems quickly with high score of satisfaction rate (we are not depending on copy-paste templates here).

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Fresh graduate or 1 year experience as customer support are welcome to apply.
• Required Skill(s): Computer literate, chat support, willing to learn new things.
• l Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
