Requirement :

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Have experience for at least three years in Injection Molding area/mold specialist (Mold process, mold systems, mold flow, shrinkage analysis, Etc).
Able to analyze statistical data and track injection molding issues and come up with solutions.
Able to manage team to achieve goals, improvements, activities engagement (production process and quality)
Have the ability to use CAD/CAM (Solidwork or OnShape)
Know process-related standards and health-safety regulations.
Have good analytical thinking and interpersonal skills.
Have good communication skills in English, both oral and written

Job Description :

Developing, configuring, and optimizing the injection mold process from inception through to start-up and certification.
Monitoring and commissioning mold handover (from Engineering to production) by following mold handover guidelines
Developing best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and output quality.
Work closely with the Injection Mold Engineering Team to give design reviews and improve existing mold.
Managing mold issues and solutions.
Assessing processes, taking measurements, and interpreting data.
Optimizing and standardizing of the product requirements and processes.
