Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree in any related major.
At least 6 years of experience in pastry production and 4 years of experience in leadership position or managing team for mass production.
Good leadership skill.
Must have good attention to details.
Familiar in SJH (Halal Assurance System).

Job Responsibilities:

Creating strategies in achieving performance targets, maintaining production equipment & machinery, monitoring projects related to Production.
Creating production plan for mass production.
Controlling the use of raw materials, other direct materials, auxiliary materials to achieve minimum cost of goods.
Ensuring the implementation of the management system; food safety, SJH (Halal Assurance System) are running well, and ensure the implementation of the system.
Responsible for ensuring continuous improvement in the department runs well to minimize losses and improve machine and employee performance.
Manpower planning and evaluation of manpower to achieve high work productivity.
Reporting, including daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports as well as evaluation reports of various aspects in the Production area.
