Lowongan QA & 5S Supervisor di PT Lotte Packaging

Job Desc:

1. Make quality control both in process and product (Quality Plan, QCPC, FMEA, Critical control point);
2. Conduct internal and external audits;
3. Control and ensure 5S implementation is carried out at the plant;
4. Perform maintenance and calibration of measuring equipment to ensure accurate measurement and optimal performance of measuring equipment;
5. Assist in monitoring and controlling the BOPP Film quality meet the required standard/ specification;
6. Coordinate with QC Slitter to ensure finished products meeting the required standard/specification;
7. Follow up and report the any non-conformance detected during inspection;
8. Supervise incoming material testing accordance to incoming inspection requirement and test plan;
9. Together with QC Engineer, assist in investigation, root cause analysis, corrective action for customer complains;
10. Arrange inspector work assignment & supervise inspector to perform daily inspection;
11. Educate inspectors and carry out periodical evaluation of inspector's performance to review first of sample submitted by supplier before running mass production
