Qualifications:

•       Age between 25-35 years

·        Placement: Surabaya

•       Minimal. Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree from marketing, export import, or any related fields

•       2-3 years of experience in marketing and export import/ forwarding/ shipping line

•       Having experience minimum of 3 years in Chemical, Shipping, & Transportation Logistic Company

•       Good communication in both spoken and written English (is a Must)

•       Having Export and Import knowledge and experiences

•       Required Microsoft skill: Excel, Power Point, Word

•       Communicative and able to work as a team, able to work under pressure.

•       Fast learner and proactive

 Job Descriptions:

·        Finding New Customer for IMPORT, EXPORT, DOMESTIC, and LOGISTIC market

·        Perform service functions to customers according to the services offered, Prepare & Report (Daily or Monthly) reporting

·        Make weekly marketing plan, reports & meeting schedule

·        Achieve Company's Target monthly

·        Maintain relation with other internal divisions to support customer’s needs

·        Develop and implement marketing strategies to approach new & current customers and to increase profits

•       Update customer regarding order status and delivery

•       Create and send quotations to customers and follow up to become PO

•       Conduct visits to customers' premises (if possible) to make presentations of sales and gather information regarding customer needs

•       Receive inquiries in the form of requests for product information or price quotes from prospective customers and direct customers or from overseas agents

•       Identify new market opportunities and Hunting new customer

•       Implement sales plan and communicate with customers in the territory in order to achieve target revenue

•       Building and maintaining a business relationship with potential and existing customers

•       Providing sales report and analyze sales performance and achievement
