Job desk:

- Develop social media content consistently according to kumparancom's identity

- Conduct research, initiate, plan, and execute engagement content/campaigns on social media 

- Responsible for social media operations (scheduling, uploading, captioning, amplification) 

- Communicate with followers on social media and understand the target audience on the platform 

- Provide advice and strategy recommendations for kumparancom social media

- Monitoring kumparancom social media content/campaign performance and making reports

Requirements:

- Minimum education S-1

- Experience as a social media specialist for at least one year, fresh graduates are welcome

- Social media & tech-savvy

- Interested in making creative products, such as infographics, reels/ TikTok, & video stories.

- Having experience in social media community management is a bonus.
