Qualification:

1. Minimum age 25-40 years.
2. Minimum education Bachelor Degree in Psychology/HR Management/Law.
3. Minimum 2 years experience in the field of HR Manager or other HR Executive.
4. Have a TOEFL certificate min. 450 being a plus.
5. Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
6. Ability to design strategies along with leadership skills.
7. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
8. Competence to build and manage interpersonal relationships effectively at all levels of the company.
9. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
10. Degree in Human Resources or related field Enjoys challenges, targets, and can work under pressure and deadlines.

Description:

1. Lead and manage the daily operations of the HR Department.
2. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, complaints or other issues.
3. Creating and maintaining a harmonious relationship between the company and employees.
4. Resolving industrial relations issues, including representing the company to court.
5. Assess training needs to inform and monitor training programmes.
6. Develop and implement Human Resources strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business strategy.
7. Design, develop and review job descriptions, KPI, SOP and company policies.
8. Collaborate with all Department Heads to ensure company goals are achieved.
9. Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
10. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
11. Finance salaries and allowances benefits.
12. Recruit and interview potential applicants based on experience, skills and knowledge.
13. Educate and train all employees on organizational behavior, policies and procedures to ensure an affirmed understanding.
