Job Description :

• Providing legal documents, advice & draft for Business Support such as preparing draft & finalising Commercial Agreements, and team up with related division (marketing, tax, finance, IT & building management team)
• Assisting company to handling all consumer due to preparation for PPJB and AJB with Notaris/PPAT and preparing legal document.
• Drafting PPJB and Option PPJB
• Providing legal advice, preparing and finalising transaction document for loan agreement / other credit facilities with bank and public notary.
• Supporting Head and Manager to prepare legal documents for any meeting.
• Weekly report, filing legal documents.

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree of Law with GPA 3.00
• Excellent in Microsoft word, excel, and PPT.
• Good analytical skills, detail oriented, and able to work independently.
• Possess working experience as Legal in property industry
• Having experience Corporate Legal Drafting & litigation will be advantages
• Candidate must have pleasant personality, excellent communication skill and negotiation skill
