Responsibilities

• Performance analysis and reporting. Provide data to sales team for improvement on customers' performance.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns with internal & external parties and optimizing the process.
• Customer data management: Oversee the collection, organization, and analysis of customer data to gain valuable insights into customer behavior, preferences, and trends.
• Monitor customers relation strategies.
• Responsible for assisting with the implementation of Yonex Sales & Marketing plans focusing on strategies designed to increase sales.
• Support in sales needs, communication, order processing, database management, social networking and customer service.
• Assist in order activations and pre-order preparation.
• Assist in administrative tasks. 
• Prepare a sales plan for forwarding planning
• Responsive to customers inquiries
• Handle and resolve customers complaints and enquiries via email and calls

Requirements:

• Education Qualifications: Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / Sales and Marketing are highly preferred
• Good communication skills, good command in spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• A team player with high level of dedication
• Ability to work under strict deadlines
• Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
