Then from that, we are looking for the best people to fill the new candidate as Human Resources Supervisor.

General Responsibilities:

• Maintain harmonious industrial relations between Management and workers
• Understand how to deal with industrial relations problems
• Can manage team (4 Person)
• Can make monthly report with Excel

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Reputable University prefer majoring Law / Psychology / Management HR.
• Have strong leadership and management.
• Have good problem solving and ready to face conflicts around Industrial Relations.
• Have a good Knowledge about Compensation & Benefit, Training and Development, and Recruitment for manage the team
• Active on English Conversation.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Ready to be placed in Cikarang
• Full-Time position available
