Job Description

• Implements and enforces project-specific change and claim management procedures.
• Provides general guidance to the project and project site control team for any contract matters in form of general contract management awareness training, familiarization sessions for project-specific project change and claim management procedure, etc
• Communication with the power plants owner, consortiums and sub-contractors.
• Screens all incoming and outgoing project correspondence with focus on change and claim relevant issues or events and highlights same to the project and project site control team.
• Provide contract management-oriented guidance to individual members of the project and project site control team for specific issues or events, by contract interpretation, drafting appropriate official letter correspondence, minutes of meeting, report, etc.
• Ensure proper management of project changes which could result in claims, contract amendments, change or variation orders.
• Identifies claims risks and opportunities and develops claims defense and claim strategies for project and project site management’s consideration and implementation.

Requirement & Qualification

1. Engineer having bachelor’s degree in electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering
2. Excellent communication in English both oral and written
3. Contract management experience with 5 years’ work experience.
4. Strong in communication skill (manage claim issue) and have a good experience for handling contract, commercial issue in power plant (more than 5years) 
5. Temporary employment contract base, immediately start working shall be required
6. Willing to be placed at Suralaya-Merak Site Office, Cilegon-Banten.
