Lowongan NATIONAL SALES MANAGER di PT Bandung Indah Gemilang

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Responsible for developing & executing sales strategies & plans based on business development strategy in order to maximize performance on market share, volume & profit in the most effective & efficient way. (includes : traditional market, modern market & online market).
• Responsible for initiating new sales strategies in the future, following the company’s growth. 
• Identify & build business opportunities for strategic markets.
• Make a sales plan for each market & area, and most importantly, making sure the plan is executed by all sales team.
• Have a good understanding of sales & distribution and capable to ensure the distribution are in line with the sales plan & strategies.
• Build & maintain good business relations with customers and future customers.
• Monitor the business performance of the company's products compare to its competitors.
• Goal setting, coaching and monitoring the performance of each sales representatives.

REQUIREMENTS :

-  Age max. 35 years old.

-  Bachelor degree from any major (Marketing major or Management business major is preferred).

-  Minimum 3 years experience in similar position.

-  Excellent Microsoft skills (Excel/Word/Power Point) and CRM system

-  Job based in Bandung

-  Willing to travel all around Indonesia

-  Excellent negotiation skill in making good deals

-  Solution oriented
