WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Generating clear ideas and concepts in tandem with Creative team
• Determine which photographs, art, or other design elements to use
• Ensure that the key message conveyed trough visual
• Cooperate with the rest of the creative
• Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
• Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices
• Develop the overall look or style of publication, advertising, social media, and campaign

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Maximum 29 years old
• Bachelor of Art, Visual Communication/Graphic Design with minimun GPA of 3.0
• Expertise in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effect, In Design)
• Excellent skill in Motion Graphic
• Experienced in product design, photograpy, UI/UX is a plus
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well
• Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
• Leadership skills, to be able to organize, direct, and motivate other designers
• Time managing skills, to be able to balance competing priorities and multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines
• Can join ASAP
