- Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues.

- Protect and provide services to the company with best of litigations practices ( copyright, co-branding, arbitration and other litigation issues related to Indonesian companies )

- Assure all the permit and licenses are valid, comply with regulation and manage in the most efficient way in order to gain positive value to the company

- Communicate and negotiate with external parties ( regulators, external counsel, public authority,customers ) 

- Responsible for the preparation, review, and revision of company documents and contract management, involved in negotiating business contracts, resolving legal issues  that arise during contract execution to avoid Indonesian company legal risks.

- To ensure all company license are up to date and handling renewal of the license; including land permit and related permit

- Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces

- Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legal and permit matters to Support the establishment and maintenance of a global legal compliance system 

- Involved in business risk analysis of Indonesian companies, responsible for the preparation and implementation of business compliance programs, managing Indonesian company documents and updating and administering various qualification certificates

- Complete other tasks given by superiors
