Lowongan IT Manager di PT Widjaja Anekatas Center

Key Responsibilities

1. Determining strategies, planning, organizing, directing, monitoring, and evaluating activities for developing information and communication technology infrastructure to support the company's business needs.
2. Develop plan to implement new system / enhance existing one to meet changing business requirements – particularly with regards to new partnerships and integrations.
3. Actively participating in strategic discussions with regards to IT road maps and IT budgeting by providing support with insights around maintaining governance and security.
4. Ensuring Information Assets across all departments are managed and maintained.
5. Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
6. Monitor and report on project progress.
7. Manage IT controls, including security concepts and terminology related to applications, databases, operating systems, and IT operations.
8. Promote the motivation and commitment of the IT team (leadership)
9. Provide clear described business value to the team.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree (S1), higher in Information Technology or related field.
2. Experience in Project Management is a must.
3. Experienced in software developer / programming (web apps or mobile apps)
4. More than 5 years of experience in supervisory / managerial roles
5. Experience in the Retail Industry is a plus
6. Understand IT networking.
7. Having good leadership skills and experience of managing a team.
8. Having good problem solving skills, analytical and logical thinking.
