Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with GPA > 3.00
• Deep understanding of Manufacturing of Building Material Processes
• Have a good knowledge of ALC, Mortar, and Concrete
• Proficient in English
• Have a willingness to improve the way of work and help other
• Have a Customer-Centric Mindset
• Willing to be placed at Karawang Plant

Responsibility:

• To supervise production operation and quality of the product
• Analyze abnormality of quality & production
• Collaborate with PPIC, Maintenance, and Store to reach the production target
• Follow up the action plan
