Responsibility :

1.    Handle and process inquiries from customers according to procedure no.

2.    Assist sales by providing information and/or preparing data needed for Sales to respond/communicate with customers so that they can respond to customers according to a predetermined time

3.    (RFQ, ​​Order Status, Order Complaints, etc.)

4.    Coordinate both with internal and external parties so that customer orders can be completed on time and according to customer requests

5.    Escalation of problems to sales or superiors until the problem can be resolved before it becomes an obstacle for the company in fulfilling the order

6.    Assisting sales in providing customer service, so that customers are satisfied with the service they receive and always make us a priority when they have a need

7.    Perform other tasks given by the Sales Co Leader's direct supervisor

Requirement :

1.    Education Minimum S1;

2.    Minimum 1 year experience as an admin tender in an oil & gas contractor company;

3.    Have knowledge of the flow of tender administration;

4.    Have the ability to speak English;

5.    Have regularity, thoroughness, dexterity & honesty at work;

6.    Able to work together as a team or independently and work according to targets;

7.    Able to operate computer Ms. Office;

8.    Able to communicate well and have high motivation and responsibility;

9.    Able to speak Mandarin is a plus;

10. Placement in Dadap, Tangerang.
