Qualifications:

• Maximum age: 40 years
• Bachelor's degree in any major
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Collection Manager or at least 5 years as a Collection Supervisor in the Financial Industry
• Capable of creating and effectively executing an annual collection strategy
• Proficient in reviewing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and using them to enhance collection processes
• Capable of maintaining positive relationships with relevant Government institutions while performing assigned tasks
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills
• Proficient in problem-solving and risk management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Possesses analytical thinking, attention to detail, honesty, and a sense of responsibility
• Proficient in data processing tools such as MS Office (Excel)
• Willingness to be based in Medan, North Sumatra

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective annual collection strategies.
2. Lead and supervise collection teams, utilizing strong negotiation and leadership skills.
3. Review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to optimize collection processes.
4. Maintain positive relationships with relevant Government institutions.
5. Utilize analytical thinking to solve problems and manage risks.
6. Communicate effectively and present strategies to stakeholders.
7. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards.
