Lowongan E-commerce Operations di PT Dreame Technology Indonesia

This position will be responsible for e-commerce operations in Indonesia, under the e-commerce division. This position needs to operate the existing platform according to the supervisor's plan, and report to the supervisor in time to ensure that the company's strategies and goals can be well implemented and achieved.

Responsibilities include:

1. Complete the tasks assigned by the supervisor on time and report the situation to the supervisor in time.
2. Responsible for operating the Indonesian Dreame online flagship store Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, Tiktok, official website, and reporting to the supervisor in time.
3. Work with internal teams to improve online/offline customer experience to achieve team monthly sales and GMV goals
4. According to the sales plan formulated by the supervisor, analyze the sales data after the sales and report to the supervisor.
5. According to the sales plan and strategy formulated by the supervisor, submit weekly/monthly promotions on time: (i) Weekly / Monthly Sale, (ii) Mega Sale Campaign [1.1 - 12.12], (iii) Monthly 25th Payday Sale, (iv) Brand Anniversary Sale / Brand-Day Sale
6. Update the promotional design and daily store information of the online flagship store in a timely manner according to the design content coordinated by the supervisor and the design team
7. According Formulate monthly advertising plan or product release plan according to supervisor and marketing (team), track off-site/in-site advertising efficiency, ROI of each activity/month/quarter, and report to supervisor.
8. Real-time update reporting forecast and sales analysis report to ensure product sales units and inventory are at a healthy level
9. Work proactively. Steady progress. Strong communication and understanding skills.
10. Update and improve online/offline customer experience in a timely manner according to the supervisor's instructions, and achieve the monthly GMV target.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in e-commerce industry with proven success record.
2. Basic knowledge and understanding of on-site and off-site advertising.
3. Experience of working in platforms or Indonesia local ecommerce market is a plus.
4. Fluent English and Indonesia in both written and verbal communications, English and Chinese is a plus.
5. Result-oriented, self-motivation, able to work under pressure.
6. Passionate, strong sense or teamwork.
