Responsibility :

1. Updating, compiling, evaluating, developing an effective and efficient Organizational Structure
2. Compile, analyze, evaluate Job Descriptions (Job Analysis, Job Description & Job Evaluation, Job Enlargement, Job Enrichment).
3. Develop, evaluate and develop a performance appraisal system (Performance Appraisal), Key Performance Indicators and 360 Feedback.
4. Assist in compiling Corporate Company Culture and Corporate Value programs and implementing them.
5. Formulate, implement programs and policies for Career Path, Successing Plan, Company Branding, Change Management and Employee Engagement.
6. Assist in compiling all Human Capital & General Affair policies in accordance with the Corporate Culture, Corporate Values ​​and the company's business strategy.
7. Make reports, present, socialize the program.

Requirement :

1. Maximum age 30 years
2. Minimum education S1 all majors, preferably Management/Psilology.
3. Able to operate computer software well M. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio).
4. Experience in the same position at least 2 years in the mining industry
5. Nimble, analytical, thorough, forward thinking, focused, energetic.
6. Understand labor regulations on the Perpu Cipta Kerja and related regulations
7. Jakarta Head Office placement, with working days Monday to Saturday and willing to make a business trip to the site.
