Job Description:

  1. Manage compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting and adjusting of the budget.
  2. Coordinate compensation & benefit processes, salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits induction, etc.
  3. Design and develop compensation policies and procedures.
  4. Closely cooperate and manage the relationship with the tax consultant.
  5. Participate as the team member in strategic projects and initiatives.
  6. Design policies to close gaps in the compensation of employees (introducing the internal equity at affordable costs)
  7. Advice top managers in taking difficult decisions in the area of compensation, benefits and motivation of employees.
  8. Manage, lead and develop compensation & benefit analyst also having understanding tax PPh 21, 25 and 29
  9. Represent the organization at different HR conferences.
  10. Assisting for maintaining organization structure of Manpower Planning (MPP) of employee, such as new employee, replacement (rotation and promotion) and employee termination
  11. Provide administrative report and auditing.
  12. Assisting HRGA General Manager to create and implement retain program promotion and employment strategy

Job Requirements:

a. Minimum bachelor’s degree in HR or relevant certification be preferred.

b. 8 – 10 years relevant experience in human resources, proven work experience as HR Compensation & Benefit or similar role.

c. Having excellent Ms. Office skills (Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point).

d. Having excellent communication abilities, strong and proven analytical skills.

e. Fluent in English.

f.  Hands-on experience with Human Resource Management software (including payroll system).

g. Maintain payment plan and benefits program.

h. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

i.  Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines.

j. Stationed in Batang, willing to business trip to Jakarta office.
