JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Proven Selling & negotiation skills (comfortable with value selling solutions)
• Commercially astute with sufficient Indonesia business situation, knowledge, and ability to apply pragmatic commercial approaches in sales negotiations & closing
• Systematic in following up on leads & seeing through to completion
• Good interpersonal relationship skills with the ability to handle multi-level relationships
• Must-have passion & high energy to drive sales
• Good contacts within a power plant or chemical customer
• Good communication skills – Regional and English language
• This position is open for 2 locations (Jakarta and Medan)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Survey market potential in Indonesia, identify potential clients, and plan territory coverage to ensure maximum market penetration.
• Generate Sales Leads and inquiries.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Manage customer relationships from top to bottom and ensure customer satisfaction through effective product and service offerings.
• Participates in sales activities, including key customer site visits.
• Ensure sales leads are systematically followed-up following the Funnel Management principle.
• Pursue, negotiate, and construct appropriate terms of sales & identify all details in the order process to ensure the eventual smooth delivery of the project.
• Collaborate with other packagers/partners/OEMs to develop successful sales strategies either directly with customers or with partners with the objective of driving revenue growth.
• Understand customer requirements and offer the correct product or technology solution.
• Timely submission of meaningful sales reports to reporting manager.
• Ensure accuracy of sales forecasting through weekly reviews & updates of the prospects list. Makes a concerted effort to shorten the forecast-to-sales realization cycle
