Placement                                   : JAKARTA / SULAWESI TENGGARA (KOLAKA, KONAWE, KENDARI)

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Degree in Agriculture Science with emphasis on agronomy, crop, soil & weed management
  • Minimum 8 years of Agricultural experience
  • Applicants with backgrounds in agriculture or interns in crop consulting will have added advantages
  • A good leader; the know-how to tackle the teams of agricultural workers
  • Interact with different people and get things done, and be impressive as well as authoritative at the same time
  • Essential Oil Plant experience (Patchouli and Citronella Plant) or related industry is preferred
  • Experience dealing with Farmers, middleman related to plasma system
  • Experience in the plantation budgeting calculation
  • Speak English
  • Good in Excel
  • Willing to trip to all provinces in Indonesia
 RESPONSIBILITIES: AGRONOMY
  • Make a cultivation SOP that is in accordance with the actual conditions at the project location
  • Monitoring daily agronomy operations, ensuring the achievement of yields according to the target
  • Conducting several field-scale agronomy experiments to find solutions related to the agronomic problems being faced
  • Explore the potential of other commodities (nutmeg, ginger, pepper.) and study the business feasibility
  • Monitoring and analysis of plant growth through observing samples
  • Perform mathematical calculations to determine the dosage of fertilizers and pesticides used
 PROJECT MANAGEMENT
  • Budgeting project and making project feasibility analysis both from an agronomic and financial standpoint
  • To ensure all datas/documents/files related are correctly in-puted and recorded.
  • Agronomist: production and yield projections
  • Financial (basic): cash flow, capital injection schedule, ROI, BEP.
  • Learn to understand the basics of interdisciplinary knowledge (Machinery, Chemical engineering, HR, Finance.)
  • Operational budget controlling, ensuring that all operational activities take place efficiently and on target
  • Reporting on the progress of achieving work on a regular basis
  • Coordinate with stake holders (from the Village Head to the District Head) for project needs
