Job Description:

• Fully responsible for the bonded factory compliance management.
• Formulate department-related management systems and relevant regulations, and supervise their implementation, sort out, formulate and optimize customs clearance procedures.
• Responsible for the new policy research of national government departments such as customs, and formulate countermeasures based on the needs of the company.
• Responsible for departmental team management and construction, team recruitment and selection, training, business guidance, assessment work, analysis of customs declaration error reasons, and follow-up to implement solutions.
• Solve various unexpected problems in customs clearance affairs to ensure the smooth operation of customers' import and export business.
• Able to continuously improve the optimization and upgrading of the customs system according to the new requirements of the customs.
• Good communication with the related customs and cukai department.

Requirements:

• More than One years of experience in bonded factory;
• More than three years of experience in import and export declaration team management, a deeper understanding of the industry, and better experience and resources in the import and export industry;
• Familiar with the import and export customs declaration process, have better predictability for customs declaration exceptions, and better ability to handle exceptions;
• Strong leadership skills, good language expression, communication and negotiation skills, full of teamwork spirit and management skills, strong independent working ability, and can withstand greater work pressure.
• Bachelor degree or above, working language English, Chinese& Bahasa is preferred;
