Lowongan Customer Service di PT Time International

Responsibilities

• Serving walk-in customers, store collections, and dealers
• Process customer registration and invoicing
• Communicate promptly any information to customers about their service orders, any issues with regards to their service orders via emails or by phone
• Maintain service level agreement with the customer
• Proactively monitor emails, Whatsapp and customer calls for potential escalated issues in order to curb potential dissatisfaction
• Liaise with other departments as necessary to meet customer demands
• Create a daily report and submit to Supervisor

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field
• Minimum 1-year experience in customer service or related field
• Fresh graduate is acceptable only with quick learning capability and high potential.
• Willing to work shifting and work on the weekend or public holidays
• Excellent skills for communicating and relating with both team members and customers
• Proactive and continuous improvement attitude
• Strong responsibility for customer satisfaction
• Manage workload effectively
• Proficient computer and analytical skills
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet a strict deadline
