Lowongan Service Engineer di PT Furuno Electric Indonesia

Responsibilities:

1. Installs electronic navigation/communication equipment and configures through the appropriate parameters of the equipment's hardware/software.
2. Perform familiarization to the end user on how to operate the equipment.
3. Troubleshoot and perform repair of the customer's equipment by preparing the necessary tools and service plan for each service attendance and to complete successfully.
4. Planning and coordinating tasks as well as liaising with other divisions of the business to complete jobs in a timely manner.
5. Ensuring that the field services comply with the work health and safety requirements.
6. Providing remote support to customers through telephone and email

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma Graduate of Electronics Engineering, Ship Electronics Engineering or Equivalent
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and have up to 3 years' experience.
3. Ability to read, write and speak English language.
4. Ability to set priorities, to work independently, unattended and under stress.
5. Ability to solve problems, teamwork, and co-operation with colleagues.
6. Sense of Work Safety
7. Business understanding and applying business mindset, as a brand representative
8. Excellent and professional customer service skills
