Responsibilities:

1. Implement SHE and core values ​​in their working area
2. Carry out machine operations according to the schedule and follow applicable work instructions and procedures
3. Ensure that the processed products are of good quality (not contaminated, wrong materials, etc.)
4. Control the machine parameters
5. Control the waste/garbage generated in their working area
6. Ensure the machine cleaning results are in good condition and do not contaminate the product afterward
7. Ensure the production process runs smoothly and there are no disturbances to the machine
8. Ensure that the working area is always neat and clean
9. Ensure that no production equipment such as pass keys, pliers, screwdrivers, etc. are not lost, and when not in use, always in the toolbox provided
10. Report abnormal conditions to the shift leader
11. Ensure the quality of the output of each production process starting from weighing, premixing, extruder, milling and dry blend by measuring quality parameters independently (acting as QC in process) in accordance with work instructions so that they are achieved in accordance with the reference standard
12. Inform the quantity of products produced from the production machine by writing on the batch ticket report and daily production report
13. Provide panels and powder for delivery
14. Perform equipment maintenance independently (independent maintenance), in accordance with a predetermined scope

Qualifications:

1. Minimum D3 degree majoring in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from reputable university/college
2. Able to work independently under minimum supervision, have a good integrity, disciplined and hard worker

4. No Blind Color
5. Able to operate computer would be preferred
6. Have knowledge in color matching would be preferred
