Responsibilities：

1. According to the company's human resources planning, assist department managers to establish and improve the company's various employee recruitment systems and policies, and make timely adjustments and modifications as needed.

2. According to the company's human resource planning and the human resource demand plan of each department, assist the department manager to formulate the employee recruitment plan.

3.Utilize various favorable resources of the company, organize to develop and improve various human resources recruitment channels, and release recruitment information.

4.Assist the department manager to organize the recruitment work.

5.Conduct job analysis, prepare and update job descriptions in a timely manner according to the status of the company's human resource planning.

6.Complete other work assigned by the direct superior.

职责：

1.根据公司人力资源规划，协助部门经理建立并完善公司各种员工招聘制度及政策，并根据需要进行及时调整、修改。

2.根据公司人力资源规划和各部门的人力资源需求计划，协助部门经理制订员工招聘计划。

3.利用公司各种有利资源，组织开拓和完善各种人力资源招聘渠道，发布招聘信息。

4.协助部门经理，组织开展招聘工作。

5.根据公司人力资源规划的定编定岗状况，进行工作分析，编制并及时更新职位说明书。

6.完成直接上级交办的其他工作。

Qulifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above in human resources, labor and social security, or labor relations;

2. Have more than 1 year of relevant work experience in recruitment;

3. Possess professional knowledge in recruitment, be familiar with the recruitment process and recruitment channels, and be familiar with national laws and regulations on labor contracts and human resource management;

4. Have good communication skills;

5. Have affinity and be able to properly arrange job interviews;

6. Work conscientiously, be responsible, and be good at learning.

资格：

1.人力资源、劳动与社会保障、劳动关系相关专业本科以上学历;

2.具有1年以上招聘相关工作经验;

3.具备招聘方面的专业知识，熟知招聘工作流程以及招聘渠道，熟悉国家关于劳动合同、人力资源管理方面的法律法规;

4.具备良好的沟通交流能力;

5.具有亲和力，能妥善安排应聘面试工作;

6.工作认真、负责，善于学习。
