PT Ridho Agung Mitra Abadi is hiring for Marketing Communication Leader with basic skill in design graphic, photography, videography and also have great skill in marketing communication. here's detail for requirement and job description:
Job Description:

• Develop a wide range of graphic and layout design for brand campaigns, brand activation and brand social media
• Conceptualize creative design graphic based on briefs and requirements
• Manage the publication and promotion materials, including design and printing.
• Manage advertising and promotional activity.
• Networking with potential client's / industry experts / community for increasing engagement & brand awareness
• Based on assessment, drafts and proposes communications campaigns, which may include social and online media, event, print media, and other multimedia/digital, website.
• Oversee digital marketing to evaluate important metrics that affect our digital assets (website, social media, etc.) performance such as traffic, service quotas, and target audience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from any major with minimal GPA 3.00 (Art and Design related major are more preferable)
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Creative and understand the concept of graphic design, photography and videography
• Native in use Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Aftereffect
• Master the concept of photography and videography (Camera Usage)
• Able to work under pressure
• Good communication skills, excellent in idea pitching, strategic thinking and leadership
• Excellent skill in managing social media Ads such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Excellent experience in managing Google Ads and Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Google Analytic
• Good English proficiency in both writing & speaking
• Able to adapt to the dynamic & ever-changing Digital Marketing sphere
• Would be placed at Jelambar, West Jakarta
