Job Requirement

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relation, or a related field.
2. Minimum 10 years’ experience in market research or a related field.
3. Advanced proficiency in English is required for this role.
4. Preferable who also had knowledge in property industry including sales promotion, project brandings.
5. Strong understanding of marketing strategy, promotion plan, mass media engagement, and brand activation
6. Strong communication skills and strategy driven. Had multiple connections with promotion vendor and able to utilize BTL and ATL plan into promising leads.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
8. Excellent interpersonal skills and sales-related skills.

Job Descriptions

1. Create marketing plan for whole project which include BTL and ATL promotion, media announcement, gimmick strategy, and make the brand known by public.
2. Giving recommendations to management and other stakeholders related to the marketing plan, cost, customer feedback, and leads generated.
3. Manage company and project social media account and/or another related platform.
4. Ensure that the company and project are well known in the public eyes with strong acknowledgement.
5. Conduct benchmarking exercises to ensure the products remain competitive in terms of quality, design, and pricing.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and business partners.
7. Generate events within the project and manage coordination to ensure all company and projects event is being held in accordance with original plan.
8. Oversee the end-to-end product development process, including defining project timelines, coordinating activities, and ensuring successful execution of product launches. Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or bottlenecks that may arise.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing plan are being in line with overall project timeline
10. Other duties as assigned by direct Superior.
