• Updating the organizational structure and ensuring that the available organizational structure is always updated.
• Conducting Job Analysis for all Departments, with the output of updated Job Descriptions.
• Ensure HR needs according to MPP.
• Make weekly reports related to the development of the recruitment process according to the provisions.
• Running the employee onboarding process.
• Implement learning programs and evaluations according to company needs.
• Carry out a performance management cycle for all employees.
• Running an engagement program according to the needs of the Company.
• Carry out the corporate culture internalization program according to the annual work plan.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Psychology / Business Management or equivalent.
• Experienced in People & Organizational Development field for 1-2 Years (Particularly in Performance Management Systems and Learning Management)
• Able to deliver internal training.
• Having good analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Having good communication skills and good teamwork
• Have excellent knowledge of using Microsoft Office
• Willing to work at HO Tebet - South Jakarta
