Job Descriptions:

Plan and schedule content social media calendar and create visual contents for several social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram,Tiktok, Youtube)
Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
Develop workable budgets, media, content and editorial plans Research new social media trends and hashtags
Develop creative image and video concepts, graphics & visual design of promotions for trending social media needs
Work with the Marketing department to strategize content ideasÂ
Make, execute and optimize social media advertising : Instagram ads, tiktok ads and youtube ads
Analyze analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability
Support marketing team at live and online events
Compile data across several social media platforms and create weekly/monthly reports
Live at marketplace platform or social media platform
experience in the field of BEAUTY is mandatory
Work at Citypark Business District, Cengkareng Timur, Jakarta Barat

Requirement :

Maximum age 30 years old
Bachelorâ€™s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.
Very Creative and follows social media trends
Minimal 3 years of social media experience including planning and managing content in a corporate, or agency setting.
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
