Jobs Description :

·      Do New Brand/Concept/Product Development (NPD) for Beauty/Cosmetic/Skincare/Bodycare product

·      Continuously do Research & Report for NPD, Market & Competitor, etc.

·      Create & implement marketing plan and strategy to support the creation of brand image & brand building in the market.

·      Responsible for total brand management including brand growth, product selection, inventory management, budget management, planning of promotion activities and achieving of sales target.

·      Responsible to win market competition, evaluating and creating innovation program to increase sales of the selected brand product.

·      Create and monitor marketing campaign & activities for further development or innovation of brand base on customer research 

·      Make sure target can be achieved 

·   Create advertising plan for brand based on customer research

 Requirement :

· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor/Master's Degree in Marketing/Communication Field

· At least 3 Year (s) of working experience as Brand Manager in Beauty/Cosmetic/Skincare/Bodycare category.

· Responsible

· Can Lead a team and work with team

· Required Skill(s): Marketing, brand management, communication, English, analytical thinking

· Have a good taste in design and has an eye for beauty industry.

· A strong problem solver and having organizational skill

· Having experience with multi-dist system distribution
