Lowongan HRGA Manager di PT Mitra Mas Sentosa

Responsibilities :

- Plan, implement and develop HR strategies, policies, and other programs aligned with Company's objectives

- Conducting end to end recruitment process (sourcing candidate, interview, offering letter, employee contract)

- Collaborate with all departments to analyze manpower planning, KPI, and HR related matters.

- Maintain effective employee relations and company culture

- Responsible to Payroll Management Activities

- Responsible for all HR Administration Activities (attendance, employee data, BPJS, WLKP, etc)

- Responsible for all HR and GA related activities

Requirements :

- Min. Bachelor Degree of Psychology/Human Resource Management or equivalent from Reputable University

- At least 3 years in managerial or suvervisory level of HR position

- Good knowledge about HR Management & Laws

- Good leadership & communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Excellent in English or Chinese both Oral & written is preferred
