Government Coordinator with details as below :

Increasing sales of OBM

Make direct sales

Developing OBM sales in the Government (central and regional) and Ministry segments

Perform direct sales process in accordance with SOP

Search, collect, and follow-up leads until sales are made

Fill in Sales Force data starting from leads to realization of DO numbers

Providing the best solution to the customer before purchasing a machine

Carry out the process of spec-in tender

Preparing and executing product presentations

Coordinate with Sales Admin Staff in issuing SQ, DO and delivery

Coordinate with the Finance Department for the invoicing process and confirmation of payment

Register the warranty of the machine sold

Conduct customer and market visits on a regular basis

Develop and always update customer databases (especially government market)

Fostering good relations with stakeholders in the Government

Conduct education for government staff

Coordinating regarding commissioning

Preparing and coordinating the implementation of the sea trial

Carry out marketing activities within the Government

Monitor and report on competitors' activities

Follow up on COO requests and prepare STC application documents

Requirement :

30 to 38 years old

Bachelor of Economy

Communication skill is a must

Strong negotiation skill

Familiar dealing with government
