Superintendent of Drilling and Completion IPM Project

Role and Responsibilities:

l Manage the drilling and completion activities related to the IPM project, ensuring that all operations are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

l Plan and schedule drilling and completion activities, including well design, drilling procedures, completion operations, and testing activities.

l Develop and maintain drilling and completion procedures and practices to optimize performance and reduce costs.

l Coordinate and communicate with various departments, including geology, reservoir engineering, and production engineering, to ensure the efficient execution of drilling and completion operations.

l Manage contractors and service providers to ensure that they deliver services according to contractual obligations and performance standards.

l Ensure that all drilling and completion activities are carried out in compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and company policies.

l Monitor drilling and completion progress and report on operational and financial performance.

l Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

l Provide technical expertise and guidance to the drilling and completion team, identifying and resolving technical issues as they arise.

l Continuously monitor industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for improving the project's drilling and completion performance.

l Assist formulating technical tender

Qualifications:

l Minimum of 10 years of experience in drilling and completion operations.

l Strong knowledge of drilling and completion operations, including well design, drilling procedures, completion operations, and testing activities.

l Experience with integrated project management methodologies and tools.

l Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of technical professionals.

l Experience with managing contractors and service providers.

l Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

l Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to adapt to changing priorities.

l Strong focus on safety, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance.
