Lowongan Tax Manager di PT Smoore Technology Indonesia

Responsibilities :

1. Mainly responsible for the formulation of the company's internal tax control system and the sorting out and control plans of tax risks in various business scenarios, and supervise the implementation of tax-related systems and the effective implementation of tax control plans;
2. From the perspective of taxation, support business design and corporate structure design. The company's taxation business, business activities comply with Indonesian fiscal and tax regulations, accounting standards, and control tax risks
3. Familiar with the Indonesian tax system, and be able to combine theory and practice, assist in formulating and improving the company's tax management regulations, monitor tax risks, and ensure the perfection and implementation of the company's tax system;
4. Manage the company's external compliance, be responsible for the company's daily tax management, final settlement and payment; carry out tax planning, assess corporate tax risks, carry out early warning and prevention; maintain tax-enterprise relations; coordinate the Indonesian company's daily tax declaration, annual final settlement payment, external audit, transfer pricing, actuarial and tax assessment;
5. Familiar with the current relevant preferential fiscal and tax policies, master the application process and key points of relevant tax incentives, and complete the application and maintenance of various tax preferential qualifications
6. Assist in tax planning related work, including formulating tax plans, formulating planning plans, and optimizing the tax environment of Indonesian companies;
7. For the company's new business or special business matters, conduct tax risk assessment and propose solutions, provide professional tax advice for the company's business activities, assist business departments to solve tax regulations and difficult problems encountered in their work, and provide professional support
8. The ability to independently or assist in liaising with various tax authorities and other government agencies, maintaining good communication and proposing solutions to corporate tax issues;
9. Assist the company's customs department in the compliance management of bonded factories, standardize the compliance management of domestic sales of bonded factories, and apply for consumption tax.
10. Organize tax business training for the staff of the finance department and business department

Requirement :

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in taxation, finance, accounting, finance, etc.
2. More than 5 years of experience in tax planning and tax risk management, or experience in the Big Four accounting firms, with rich experience in tax risk management and planning;
3. Have keen insight, good analysis and judgment ability, and good communication and coordination ability
4. Strong will, good pressure-bearing ability, highly recognized corporate culture and operation mode of Envision
5. Quick thinking and rigorous work, practical and serious work, and strong professionalism
6. English or Mandarin can be used as working languages
