Responsibilities
- According to the company's development strategy, formulate the department's annual/monthly work targets, work plans and departmental budgets.
- Participate in the company's macro management, coordinate comprehensive sales plans, outline departmental work plans in a reasonable manner and formulate KPI targets.
- According to the customer's medium and long-term forecast demand, carry out assessment and matching of factory operating capabilities (S&OP), including labor demand, equipment load (including molds and fittings), material supply, production process arrangement, etc.
- The leading department prepares production master plan and material requisition plan according to sales orders/demand forecasts and oversees the entire order fulfillment process.
- Build an information management platform, and prepare management reports (dashboards) for management nodes in supply chain operations to monitor and support production operations.
- Participate in monthly business meetings at the factory level, establish an internal production plan operation and communication platform and a cross-departmental collaboration platform, and effectively ensure the upload and release of information flow and data flow.
- Full process material/finished product inventory control from supplier end to factory end, establish stable supply chain, formulate logistics system according to bonded factory requirements, control material cost and improve inventory turnover.
- Participate or lead related departmental new product projects, import or upgrade information systems, internal and external audits.
- Leading the department training, supervising and assessing departments, formulating and implementing departmental employee career development plans and training plans, as well as enhancing the department's business capabilities.
- Â Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics or business management is preferred
- Experience in PMC in a large manufacturing company, and more than 5 years of management experience
- Familiar with manufacturing planning and material requirements planning in production and operating environments, and familiar with lean management systems
- Strong expertise in demand management, materials management, capacity management, cross-border trade and cost control
- Strong logical thinking ability and analytical ability, familiar with ERP system strong data processing ability, able to independently design and build supply, production and sales system according to the business of preferred, and those who can use VBA/Pyton are preferred
- strong leadership, project management, communication and execution skills
- good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to use English as a working language
