Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree from reputable university (industrial engineering/Management/Finance/Statistic).
• Less than 2 years of working experience in a Procurement position. 
• Strong proficiency with ms excel, ms access & ms PowerPoint.
• Passionate to learn, hard worker, resilience and proactive.
• Have good communication skills and can work multitasking.
• Have good time management and negotiation skills.
• Has an extensive vendor database.
• Team player.

Job Description:

• Verify the spesification on the goods request from in more detail.
• Seek price quotes from vendors (according to applicable regulations), negotiate and evaluate price quotes from vendors.
• Expand vendor database.
• Make a purchase order (PO) / Temporary bill.
• Follow up for the purchase of items that are in the process of purchase.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support the success of the Department and company in achieving their best performance.
• Provide information and advice on goods to the User in Addition to the User's reference material for the requested item.
