Function description / Task
HR Operation:
- Support day-to-day needs HR requirement, including payroll, leave management, organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding & off-boarding, addressing employee queries, and strategic initiatives and office administrative matters.
- Keep abreast and ensure legal compliance with government’s rules and regulations are update.
- Assist with the administration of HR policies, procedures and tools regarding recruitment, employment relations, performance management, training and development.
Talent Acquisition:
- Support in the recruitment process from advertising, receiving and sorting, interviews scheduling, and reference checking.
- Assist in the placement process, coordinate and oversee employees on-boarding.
Learning & Development:
- Partner with the Line Manager to identify needs that leverage the core of learning & talent development programs, frameworks, and other best practices to help individual and teams excel in their roles.
Office Management:
- To be the first point of contact for general telephone enquiries and visitors
- Responsible in enforcement of HR / ISO / corporate policy standards and regulations within our own business environment.
- Responsible in managing office & facilities maintenance, including inventory and purchasing.
- Responsible in travel arrangements as necessary
- Support organizing internal and external meetings and workshops.
Competences
- Â Effectively multi-lingual (English & Bahasa Indonesia)
- Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently.
- Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
- Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback.
- Willing to work as and when, when required even if outside official working hour.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Admin, Psychology or related field of study and hold at least 2 to 3 years of corporate experience in is similar position or industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience in HR Generalist
- Ability to work across all levels with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, organized and attentive to details
- Work independently with minimum supervision, and a dedicated team player
- Comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment
- Good command in writing and spoken English.Â
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the South East Asia Region. Â
