Lowongan Assistant Manager (Mold Shop & Part engineering) di PT Patco Elektronik Teknologi

We are manufacturing company, located in Cibitung-Bekasi, West Java, specialized in precision plastic injection molding and electronics components. We are looking suitable candidate for our organization.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university
• Highly analytical, good communication and leadership skills with at least 3 years of relevant operational experience in same position.
• Computer literate and able to make reports and charts.
• Working experience with international quality systems & standards like TS16949, ISO 9001& ISO 14001.
• Good knowledge in Injection Molding Machine and Mold.
• Familiar with CAD, CAM & CNC Machining.
• Have good communication skill and able to work individual and as a team.
• Highly motivated, energetic, good and pleasant personality.
• Working experience in mold design / mold making is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and follow up mold repair schedule within time frame from customer.
• Report to Division Head daily activities of Mold Shop.
• Communicate with customers for mold improvement and problems.
• Coordinate with other departments and improve part quality.
• Distribute jobs to members and follow up for completion as per schedule.
• Follow up 5S and system Improvement in the work place.
• Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met by working to the overall plan.
• Manage engineering team to deliver production process and mold from trial  stage until MP approval.
