Thats why in TIX ID, we believe that our role as designer for the app / product is to help our users so they get to enjoy the entertainment they want however they want it. We want to design the most pleasant way for people to get the entertainment they want, and to share the excitement they have with their friends and family.

What you will do:

1. Create amazing visuals for our app that will help the ease of use and understanding of our app, and of course that will create smile and joy for our users as well.

2. Maintain the visual language of our app to keep align with our brand.

3. Manage and organize the visual components of our app so it will be easy to understand and use by all of our team members.

4. Make sure all the visual element of TIX ID app are always as optimal and efficient as possible during all stages of development.

5. Observe, research, analyse, the impact of the visual design that we create on our users, be empathetic towards our users, and then iterate to improve the users experience.

6. Collaborate, work together, chat, have fun, with other stakeholders in TIX ID, to have a better understanding of all the relations, requirement, and scenarios with holistic knowledge in relations the UI / UX of TIX ID app. (back office operations, customer support, brand, marketing, promotion, etc)

7. Discover / define any points of improvement or ideas for our users joyfulness and usefulness in using our app.

8. Explore design solutions from various angle and alternatives to find the most appropriate according to the requirements and goals.

9. Communicate as clearly as possible and making sure that any concept, improvement, changes, updates of UI / UX are to be understood by all the appropriate stakeholders, by using various method and tools like flowchart, basic prototype, visualisation, etc.

10. Documenting and managing the design process, design flowchart, design files, and design system as neatly as possible.

Requirements

1. Have used TIX ID, and if familiar with the app is a plus point, if like the app and used it regularly, would be even better.

2. Have good visual design skill, taste, and knowledge, using various design software like affinity and adobe.

3.Have animation skill, to create animation effect / assets that could be implemented for TIX ID app, using tools such as Adobe after effect.

4. Comfortable with learning new tools / skill as necessary.

5. Able to understand the requirements from various stakeholder and translate them into ideas and tangible visual concept with clear goals.

6. Have few years experiences as designer working on tech product like mobile app and website, and familiar with the environment and workflow of tech company.

7. Comfortable with non-hierarchical organization structure, dont need to always wait for instruction and able to find initiatives to work on.

8. Comfortable with looking at data to measure the impact of design.

9. Flexible and open minded, able to adapt in dynamic environment, and learn new things.

10. Fluent in English and able to communicate ideas clearly.

11. Like to watch movie and interest in movie and entertainment industry would be a bonus.

Preferred Skills

1. Adept in using graphic design software such as affinity suites.

2. Adept in using animation software such as adobe after effect.

3. Have some understanding of the logic and tech behind digital environment in general.
