Job Description

1. Responsible for RSK network infrastructure
2. Manage network servers and technology tools
3. Set up employees’ accounts and workstations
4. Upgrade systems with new releases and models
5. Investigating and diagnosing network problems (Troubleshoot issues and outages)
6. Making recommendations for improving the company’s IT systems
7. Carrying out routine configuration and installation of IT solutions
8. Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls
9. Upgrade systems with new releases and models

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar.
2. Minimum of 3 years experience in the same function
3. Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security
4. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Able to comply with Rumah Siap Kerja working arrangement (2D WFH, 3D WFO)
